Initiate Request
Visit our Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Inspection
Pack the items securely in their original packaging and wait for our courier partner to perform a quick surface check during pickup.
Reverse Pickup
A pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours of your request approval; please ensure someone is available at the provided address.
Refund Processing
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 5-7 business days.
